Data Deletion Rights
Your rights under Meta Platform Terms & Virginia VCDPA
When you connect your Facebook account through the Meta Ad Access Manager, we may store the following data associated with your Facebook User ID:
- Your name and email address (from Facebook Login)
- Your Facebook Business Manager ID and Ad Account ID
- A long-lived Facebook access token (used to manage your campaigns)
- Business information you provided during onboarding
- Campaign performance data retrieved from the Meta Marketing API
Option 1 — Via Facebook Settings (Automatic)
The fastest way is through your Facebook account settings. Facebook will automatically notify us and trigger deletion of all your data within 30 days.
Open Facebook App SettingsOption 2 — Email Request
Send a deletion request directly to our privacy team. Include your Facebook User ID or the email address used during onboarding. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation.
Email [email protected]Upon receiving a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove:
- Your Facebook access token and user ID
- Your ad account and business manager associations
- Your personal contact information (name, email, phone)
- Any onboarding session data linked to your account
We may retain anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., total number of onboarding completions) that cannot be linked back to you. We also retain deletion request audit logs as required by Meta Platform Terms.
Note: Deleting your data from our systems does not affect your Facebook account or any data held by Meta directly.
